For our client in the Telecom branch we are looking for a CEO. - Chairman of the Executive Board;
- Responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of the overall business strategy;
- Responsible for budgetary planning & control cycle and monitoring of the overall strategic, financial and operational performance
- Responsible for the overall performance of the company regarding quality, revenue and profitability;
- Responsible for monitoring the development in the market and alignment of these development to business strategy;
- Represents the Executive Board to the Supervisory Board and shareholder, including management reporting;
- Responsible for internal audit;
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge of current trends and issues regarding regulation in the Netherlands Antilles and globally and formulating corresponding actions.

| Knowledge & Experience |
: |
- HBO+/University - academic conceptual level and performance
- At least 10 years experience in similair management functions on strategic level
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with: telecommunication sector, market, products and services, international telecommunication market, services and strategies, management, regulatory issues, revenue assurance
- Skills: strong networking skills, political affinity, diplomatic, negotiating, social ability, leadership, decisive, motivated, helicopter view, conceptual
- Broad analytical abilities and skills to conduct effective management of the various departments
- Proven track record of strong leadership qualities and experience
- Strong sense of the telecommunications market and be results driven in moving the company forward in accordance with the business plans and the market opportunities
- At least 10 year experience in the telecommunication sector
- Ability to bring the financial, technical and commercial activities under one strong market oriented umbrella
- Knowledge of the social aspects of change management process
