Recruitment of candidates who will have a direct contract with the client. - Interim Resourcing
The temporary recruitment of specialists. The specialist will only support the organization for a definite period of time so that the hiring of extra capacity and expertise is only done for as long as necessary.

 - On basis of the drawn up job specification by the client, with or without the assistance of Global Resourcing, the Global Resourcing team starts finding the right candidate. Intensive screening forms the basis of this procedure.
- After a 3-step pre-selection process Global Resourcing presents the client a so called "short-list" of candidates. The client determines which candidates will continue in the procedure, either by a telephone interview, a video conference or a personal meeting.
- Global Resourcing will act in a guidance role after the final candidate and the client have reached an agreement.
Compensation (Executive) Recruitment
This service will only be invoiced after the candidate has gone into service with the client. Until the moment of a successful placement, this service takes place on a no-cure-no-pay basis.
Interim Resourcing
An "add-on rating" compensation is used by Global Resourcing for this service. This means that Global Resourcing will add a standard margin on the candidate's cost price.
