The role of the Account Manager ICT is to develop an ongoing relationship with clients in an assigned territory, thereby providing solutions to their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Understands the industry segment(s) in a selected market;
Implements the industry sales and coverage plans in the territory; - May form or lead a small cross-functional team, taking advantage of all sales and support resources available;
- Independently selects the appropriate offering and distribution channels that will meet the client's business objectives and provide a financial return to the company;
- Maintains an effective business relationship with the client decision makers, identifies sales opportunities, and is accountable for customer satisfaction for all assigned accounts;
- Builds working relationships with members of other sales and support functions within the organization Business Partners, Influencers and other channels. The primary measurements are customer satisfaction, and revenue;
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
