The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Management and the support departments at the Service Office in Curaçao on personnel, secretarial and administrative level.

Responsibilies include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a point of contact for personnel regarding salary and personnel issues with a service-oriented attitude;
  • Performing administrative and secretarial tasks for Store Management, including handling mail, keeping and ordering office supplies, organizing meetings and personnel matters at the request of Store Management and/or HR;
  • Being the primary contact for the HR department regarding personnel matters and for carrying out HR administrative task;
  • Responsible for the annual campaign coupons;
  • Performing administrative tasks for the financial and logistic department;
  • Acting as the right hand of the Store Management.


  • Associate degree (MBO+) /Bachelor’s degree in administrative field supplemented with the basic course in HR and social legislation and basic knowledge of accounting;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position; 
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with automated/computer software systems including Microsoft Office;
  • Numerical insight and accurate;
  • Proactive attitude comply with agreements and make sure others do the same;
  • Great sense of responsibility, reliable and honest;
  • Stress resistance, flexible attitude and result oriented.
