  • The F&B Manager is directly responsible for the oversight of all food &beverage operations of 4 outlets. This includes implementing budgets and the hiring, training and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. The F&B Manager has to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
  • The F&B Manager is responsible for all aspects of inventory control, cost control, and records retention across the 4 outlets.
  • The F&B Manager  will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, marketable menu cycles and special event menus.
  • The F&B Manager oversees and provides assistance in the F&B operations within the restaurants and banquets as needed, and on busy or VIP days/events. Serve as F&B Manager-on-duty as needed.

Kennis en vaardigheden

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry as a Leader with a majority of the experience in F&B.
  • Extensive experience with inventory control and cost control.
  • Ability to analyse numbers and offer solutions and improvements.
  • Ability to present and defend budgets and forecasts.
  • Must possess great leadership skills and mentoring ability.
  • Must possess experience from high quality high volume environments.
