Functie:Associate Relationship Manager - Business Banking

  • You collaborate as part of the Relationship Team in managing a portfolio of Business Banking clients to deliver on strategic business priorities of transforming our channels to better serve clients & embedding sustainable controls;
  • You coordinate the on-boarding of products and services for existing and new clients, proactively identifying, referring and fulfilling on new opportunities as appropriate, promoting collaboration amongst Business Banking relationship team and partners;
  • You respond to clients service needs including coordination of service partners, effective problem resolution (leveraging appropriate partners to resolve client concerns);
  • You enable delivery of the best sales solutions with the Relationship Manager, based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements (primarily Cash Management & Deposit Solutions) and through conducting effective business service reviews, and ongoing contact programs;
  • You provide support on sales for Relationship Managers to enable the identification, planning and delivery of solutions to client and prospect needs;
  • You champion digital enablement by becoming an advocate of the  mobile Banking application and other self-serve and electronic banking solutions e.g Cash Management, POS and Ecommerce and promoting regular usage. Stay at the forefront of all new features and digital application capabilities in order to educate clients and team members on ease of use and ensure clients leave activated, able to transact and aware of availability for additional support.

Kennis en vaardigheden

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or equivalent professional qualification. 
  • At least three (3) years experience within Banking as e.g. Account Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager. 
  • Ability to achieve business targets set by maximizing business development/cross selling opportunities;
  • Ability to effectively undertake basic negotiations with existing and new clients in order to ensure achievement of the Unit's strategic objectives;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated aptitude for managing client relationships;
  • Initiative and a demonstrated ability to accept accountability and assume leadership;
  • Applied analytical abilities, flexible and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent verbally and written in Dutch and English;
  • Willing to travel.
