Omschrijving

  • Arrange and manage the productivity of the staff that can be monitored through supervising the sales as well as providing assistance to employees with regards to the development of new procedures in order to perform in an effective and efficient way.
  • Is responsible to provide the necessary support to the team in order to ensure that all the processes run according to policy.
  • Is responsible and accountable for the setup of the Departmental planning for short – and medium term based on signals provided by the team members from the individual customers as well as the strategic marketing plan, in order to contribute to management of the Department.
  • Formulate the direct sales annual plan including associated commercial objectives for the Department as well as monitor the realization, in order to give direction to the activities of the Department.
  • Communicate with the employees concerning the strategy and the policy and moreover ensure the internal synchronization with the related Departments, in line with the direct sales annual plan and possible agreements made, in order to create a basis for organizational strategies and objectives as well as effectuate a good cooperation between the teams within the organization.

Kennis en vaardigheden

  • Minimum of an Hbo degree in Banking and Insurances.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in similar role.
  • Insurance B certificate.
  • Good communication characteristics, both internal and external.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
