Job objective:

Recruit new customers and develop and preserve existing corporate customers, based on the corporate credit policy and internal procedures, in order to contribute to an optimum market position.


  • Recommend and process corporate credits and other related products, taking into account the corporate credit policy and in close cooperation with Senior Manager, in order to achieve the commercial objectives of the bank.
  • Gather relevant documents to process credit requests and comply with the file build up requirements, in accordance with the guidelines, in order to enable the preparation of credit agreements by the credit administration department.
  • Maintain and develop relations with existing corporate customers, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and in doing so bring about a long lasting relationship with increasing risk adjusted returns.
  • Perform annual reviews of the current portfolio and recommend concerning the continuation, improvement or suspension of existing
  • credit relationships as well as identify possibilities for the expansion of the service of the bank, in cooperation with the Senior Manager and based on the knowledge of the market, in order to present proposals for optimization of the portfolio.
  • Provide input for the interim and annual plans/targets regarding activities performed and the degree of realization of the objectives, in accordance with the guidelines, in order to provide the Senior Manager insight in the functioning of the team.

Kennis en vaardigheden

Knowledge and experience:

  • Completed HBO education.
  • Relevant commercial experience.
  • Relevant experience with financial analysis.
  • Experience with formulating proposals.
  • Knowledge of the current Office applications is a requirement.
  • Command of the Dutch and English languages in speaking and
  • writing. Speaking command of Papiamento.
