Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Project Manager to lead the project to replace the current ERP system, which will reach its end-of-life in December 2027.

The successful candidate will manage the process to explore different types of ERP solutions, including all-in-one and best-of-breed systems, to ensure the best fit for our organization. This role requires a strong background in business processes, change management, and project management within digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the ERP replacement project, including planning, selection, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
  • Solution Evaluation: Assess and compare various ERP solutions, both fully integrated systems and hybrid models, to determine the most effective approach for the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage ERP vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and align new ERP solutions with these enhancements.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive business change management strategies to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of the new ERP system across the organization.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure the project stays within budget and meets deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Training and Support: Design and implement training programs to enhance user proficiency and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of the new system.

Kennis en vaardigheden


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP solutions in large organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing business change processes
  • Experience in (omnichannel) retail sectors is highly desirable.


  • Strong project management skills with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Deep understanding of business processes and process re-engineering.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and ERP software solutions.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Curaçao and integrate into the local business environment.
